MLGQ-B ×2复式气压全自动砻谷机 是浙江粮工机械科技有限公司在原压砣紧辊砻谷机基础上通过改进紧辊机构的新一代胶辊砻谷机。无级调节紧辊压力，比压砣紧辊砻谷机压力更均匀，降低破碎率，提高脱壳率。自动松紧辊，降低劳动强度和胶辊消耗。工作原理和压砣紧辊砻谷机相同，它借助一对相向不等速旋转的胶辊，使通过胶辊的稻谷受到挤压和搓撕而达到脱壳的目的。脱壳后的混合物在经过谷壳分离器时受到风力作用，谷糙混合物与稻壳得到分离。
