ZNLG36G Intelligent Rice Husker The human-machine interface (HMI) monitors the production and processing status of the rice husker in real time. Different processing parameters can be set to realize one-key operation control of the rice husker. The PLC control program adjusts and controls the production and processing of the rice husker in real time based on its actual working conditions, including feedback of rubber roller wear, output setting, inter-roller pressure, material gate sensor data, etc., to achieve optimal performance. The rice husker features a high degree of automation: (1) Automatic detection: the material gate opens and rollers close automatically when there is grain; rollers loosen and the material gate closes automatically when there is no grain. (2) Automatic compensation of rubber roller speed according to wear during processing, with automatic and timed switching between the fast and slow rollers. (3) Optimized main mechanical transmission structure: the fixed roller shaft is directly connected to the motor via a high-strength elastic coupling, and the movable roller shaft is driven by a synchronous belt. Equipped with permanent magnet variable frequency motors, the machine saves energy, reduces consumption and operates with low noise. (4) Equipped with a remote control interface to realize remote centralized control. (5) Corresponding processing modes can be selected for different raw grains, and customized processing parameters are available to adapt to raw grain processing in different regions.
